I didn’t talk about this , but it happened last week ! it was horrible …

i recieved a sms from the landlady after work saing that she wants to rent out the other room ( her daughter’s ) …

i was like fuming hot because when i rented this room , she said ” i will not rent out the other room as that’s my girl’s room and i want to keep it for her , thus the bathroom is exclusively YOURS!! “ 

but but but ..one year later ( i mean the contract ended and we didn’t sign it cos base on the word trust) .. she rented the other room out and expects me to share the bathroom with that girl..

i didn’t make noise… because i know.. i’m not on contract.. so if she gets mad , she can either increase my rental or kick me out of the house ! then i will be home-less!!!

this girl is paying SGD800-900 and i am only paying SGD550 !! so , at any point of time , she will kick me off and give the other girl my room (if her daughter decides to take back her room) .. so , i am now living in a miserable life.. i cannot fight back .. i can only tahan ..

moreover, she has been telling me the increase of electricity bill , water bill, and even rental ..always hinting me , telling me that i am paying very very little!

has she forgotten that when i signed the agreement with her to stay here , i was paying above the market rate? people were only paying SGD 300-350 and i was already payign SGD 500 … Well, i know it is pointless for me to argue ..

i am just frust!! annoyed! … yesterday that girl moved in … thankfully she is quite nice! 9 years older than me , holding a managerial position and is a Taiwanese from Taipei…hopefully she will be clean then i won’t complain much !

and also .. please pray hard that my landlady doesn’t kick me out or increase my rental !!!

how come everywhere i go , i kena bully ? why?? at work , at home.. yikes…. just because i don’t voice out doesn’t mean you guys can bully me ok? i am juts trying to be nice not to show my true colours!!

haha.. before i forget.. i am revenging !! i am the one who turns on the aircond once i step into my room and as long as i am in my room , the air conditioning will be ON !! Also , i boil my water 3 times a day minimum!! why ? this is what you call REVENGE!! because Air-cond and kettle is the only electric consuming appliances in my room.  but of course i boil water to drink not boil for fun , i turn on air-cond cos it is really hot nowadays!! I’m not that bad afterall ..muahahahahahah

As for office , i  don’t dare to do much! because i need that old lady’s help but i make her do stuffs for me at times of course ( eg: check email, fax, make calls ), the Exec Director and COO are treating me nice lately , so … tahan lo …work is work ..it relates to $$ so must tahan…
